I found the location very convenient, close to the metro. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport. I used it at 6 am. I also appreciated the spacious room. The staff promptly addressed my questions about local transport.
The gym equipment seems somewhat dated. A few of the machines could use an upgrade.

I found the staff very friendly. They were always willing to assist with directions! the room service was prompt and efficient. the corridors had a fresh and appealing scent. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.
I found the aircraft noise quite disturbing early in the morning from about 5 am. It made it difficult to sleep soundly

The hotel's gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. That makes it easy to keep up with your workout routine. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. a refreshing swim was always available

I appreciated the smooth check-in process upon my early arrival. They accommodated me around 11 am. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness . the breakfast was really good. The staff were more than helpful. the room felt very comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout.
the spa experience was somewhat underwhelming. the 'spa' essentially had a gym, sauna, and steam room but lacked expected water facilities. i felt this was a significant drawback.
