Solid Choice for a City Stay
convenient location prompt staff airport shuttle spacious room
I found the location very convenient, close to the metro. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport. I used it at 6 am. I also appreciated the spacious room. The staff promptly addressed my questions about local transport.
The gym equipment seems somewhat dated. A few of the machines could use an upgrade.

My Standard Double Room featured two separate twin beds. I noticed the blackout curtains blocked sunlight effectively. The bathroom included a combined shower and bathtub. It was well-kept .

I found the staff very friendly. They were always willing to assist with directions! the room service was prompt and efficient. the corridors had a fresh and appealing scent. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.
I found the aircraft noise quite disturbing early in the morning from about 5 am. It made it difficult to sleep soundly

The hotel's gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. That makes it easy to keep up with your workout routine. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. a refreshing swim was always available

My room was well kept and offered adequate space. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the bed very comfortable with great pillows! fresh towels and water were provided daily.

admirable hotel experience
smooth process helpful staff really good breakfast
I appreciated the smooth check-in process upon my early arrival. They accommodated me around 11 am. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness . the breakfast was really good. The staff were more than helpful. the room felt very comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout.
the spa experience was somewhat underwhelming. the 'spa' essentially had a gym, sauna, and steam room but lacked expected water facilities. i felt this was a significant drawback.

good air conditioning clean rooms friendly staff
The air conditioning worked well I appreciated the clean rooms. The staff were friendly I found them helpful. The location offers good access to transit I was able to explore easily.
The hotel did not offer early check in I had to wait until the scheduled time.
